What happens if our internet drops out?
Nothing changes on the range. The on-site kiosk runs its own local database, so sign-ins, visitor entries, target claims and fee payments keep working. Everything syncs back to your club’s admin automatically once the connection returns.
Which electronic target systems do you support?
TRIO connects directly to Megalink targets today, and clubs without electronic targets can enter paper scores manually. Running a different system? Let us know which one when you book your demo.
What hardware do we need?
The kiosk runs on a standard PC at your range. Licence and barcode scanners and receipt printers are supported but optional.
Which disciplines does TRIO cover?
ISSF and decimal scoring, Fullbore and NRA, Pistol, Shotgun and Archery, with grading and handicaps set up per discipline.
Can members use their phones?
Yes. Members can check in, claim their scores after a string and follow club leaderboards and notices from their phone.
How is our members’ data protected?
Licence numbers, addresses and emergency contacts are encrypted. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so card numbers are never stored in TRIO, and each club’s data is kept separate from every other club’s.
